Query Language

The text search engine allows queries to be formed from arbitrary Boolean expressions containing the keywords AND, OR, and NOT, and grouped with parentheses. For example:

AS400 email

finds documents containing 'AS400' or 'email'

AS400 or email

same as above

network and security

finds documents containing both 'network' and 'security'

AS400 not PC

finds documents containing 'AS400' but not 'PC'

(AS400 not PC) and email

finds documents containing 'email', plus 'AS400' but not 'PC'

web*

finds documents containing words starting with 'web'
